  • Green Tea: Helps with your heart, helps to prevent cancer and alzheimer’s. Boosts immune system and helps with your muscles and bones.
  • Chamomile: Boosts immune system, helps with menstrual discomfort, relieves stress, helps with sleep.
  • Lemon: Helps with colds/flus, detox, stress, cardiovascular, digestive health, is a natural antiseptic, good for gingivitis and inflamed gums.
  • Echinacea: fights Colds/flus, UTI, Pain, migraine, boosts immune system, Cleans the liver and kidneys.
  • Licorice: Helps with soothing gastrointestinal problems and can also help with heartburn.
